Ambassadors for Christ

The men of Cathedral of Holiness Missionary Baptist Church, through God’s grace and mercy, strive to serve our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as a good soldier.  Through devotion and continual training in God’s Word, we seek to learn, develop and become empowered.

​We want to be a voice of encouragement to the other men, young men and boys.  When they fear the future, it is our prayer to bring a word of hope.  When they question the past, it is our responsibility to bring an assuring answer.  When they wonder how they can face the day, with God’s wisdom, we can speak a word of faith.  It is our desire for God to use us to help others press on, to preserve, to remain faithful.  To send us as a friend with words spoken from the heart, as an ambassador with a message from the King, and as a fellow soldier .

Women of Grace

The women of Cathedral of Holiness Missionary Baptist Church exhibit a reflection of gracefulness.  Nobody has to tell us how to walk or how to stand.  We have an air of dignity.  Not many can make a claim to gracefulness, but many know how, when they see it.  Therefore if this graciousness is the fruit of Godly character springing from a heart committed to the Lord, then such charm becomes a tool for drawing others to the Lord.  A gracious woman gains respect and honor, but any praises are lovingly given to the Lord.  Since we are the recipients of God’s abounding grace, our responsibility is to love and serve Him and be dedicated to studying and ministering His divine word.  We must remember that this heavenly journey is not solely individualistic but part of a community of women striving for the same goal.

Fanatics 4 Christ

The Fanatics 4 Christ Ministry will provide fun and effective activities and programs that promote spiritual growth, teach God’s word and encourage evangelism and community service.

Prison Ministry

The mission of the Cathedral  Prison Ministry is to share the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ to impact the hearts and lives of incarcerated men, women and youth, as well as their families, to become loving and productive citizens of their communities.
The Cathedral Prison Ministry is currently working with the SCI Benner Township - Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. We enjoy fellowship and assist in the discipleship of those housed at the SCI DOC. The address is listed below.
